Weight Loss Challenge - Day 1 for Grip
Today was pretty easy which I think is the case for anyone that starts a new diet. The main reason it was easy for me today was mainly I was busy at work. Work really kept my mind of food for most of the day. I really didn't get to anything to eat this morning which was not a great start but around mid-morning, I was able to snack on a apple which really help me when it came to lunch time. From there, I had a turkey sub from a certain place where that's promotes five dollar subs. Around three in the afternoon, I finished the day with a orange and yogurt. The afternoon snack is really important to me because it helps me not chow down at night. At night you really want to eat less unless you are going to hit up the gym. Today I did not make it to the gym but tomorrow will be different. So tonight I had two chicken breast grilled up on my George Foreman Grill. That's pretty much on how my day went with my diet. Again with today being so busy, it really kept my mind off of food.
Today wasn't well thought out but lucky for me, I had time to stop by the market this morning before work to pick up the fruit. My theory that I am going to test out this month is simply to follow this.....
Morning - eat like a King - I basically want to eat good in the morning since that is the time where I need the energy the most. At the same time, make sure it is clean food and not junk food like breakfast burritos and Egg McMuffins.
Lunch - eat like a Prince - Eat something good that is not that heavy. Turkey sub is perfect especially when you fill it up with all the veggies. Remember you want to eat good but you only now have half the day to burn it off.
Dinner - eat like a slave - this is where it gets tough. You want to eat light because you will be going to bed soon. Also you do not want to eat too late. Grilled chicken or fish is a great meal to have at night because your body can break that down very easily. So it gives you that protein you need when you go to the gym.
Well that was my day and I gave you a little insight on my meal plan for the month. I hope that everything works out so I can destroy Big Chubb. Ill be posting up tomorrow's adventure so hope to see you back. If you have any questions or comments, send them over.
Good Night
