My buddy has issued a weight loss challenge and I have accepted. The contest will start shorty as we set the ground rules.
Both of us will be posting our daily experiences on each of our blogs. Also we will have videos to go along with our blogs so that you can see the results. All are welcome to the join the weight loss journey to see if maybe, just maybe you can keep up with the Johnsons.
As I prepare to kick Chub's ass, I will post all updates of the challenge and the actual start date. Updates will also be available on the www.thewriteguyz.com which will be up and running very shortly.
The losing I will be doing in this challenge is the weight!!!
